Aims

Based on the social, scientific and technological relevance of advanced professional training processes, and on the need of strengthening the relationship between UFSCar-Sorocaba and society, the aim of the Professional Master’s Degree Course in Environmental Management Sustainability (PPGSGA) lies on: 

training or qualifying professionals to work in natural resources’ management and conservation processes, with emphasis on socio-environmental sustainability; 

promoting the integrated articulation of professional training to demanding entities of environmental nature, in order to improve public organizations’ efficiency through the solution of different problems. 

The course’s target audience comprises:

• technicians and managers working in the public sphere.
• formal and informal educators.
• professionals linked to conservation and management
• processes applied to natural resources.
• other individuals interested in environmental issues.
